As we navigate the future of our industry, SkyTown has come up with a system to offer virtual/remote self-tape sessions. We can read, coach, tape or edit your audition just like we did in the studio.

HOW IT WORKS

When you call or email to book a session we’ll ask about your audition – how many pages, how many scenes, and when it is due, so we can determine how much time is needed.

You will have time to rehearse with your session director, who is an expert reader. Coaching included. You're welcome to bring your own reader as well.

You will be taped with an HD camera, professional studio lights and shotgun mic against a blue backdrop (light grey & white options available).

You will watch playbacks of scenes and have time to choose your best takes.

We will then edit your audition, complete with titles, fades, and color correction. It will be emailed to you and your reps via Hightail, but we are happy to handle any specific editing or exporting requests (i.e. EcoCast, Vimeo).

You will receive your video within 4 hours.

Sat 11am-4pm (LA only)

Pricing:
Up to 30 mins session - $60
Up to 60 mins session - $85
Up to 90 mins session - $125
Rush Charge - $20 (less than 90 min turnaround)
Before/After Hours - Additional $15
Extra takes beyond the audition request - Additional $15 per clip

HOW IT WORKS

Setup: You will set up your backdrop, lighting and iPhone/computer to capture your scene. We’ll help you get the best look and eye lines for your performance. We can also capture video on Zoom.

You will review clips. make choices and send to SkyTown for editing.
